Huge thanks to Virgil Grant. The Stratop he facilitated for us here at Richmond Car and Truck Center has been literally life changing. Virgil Grant walked us through 2 and half days of discovering who we were and showing us who we could be. This process exposed what we did well, helped us to see what we did not do well, identified poor process or the lack thereof. Today, we are truly a different company. At Richmond Car and Truck Center we know are mission, we have embodied our core values and today we are operating out of a brand new, state of the art facility, reaching new levels of sales, operating with great alignment across our entire team as a result of great processes created from our Action Initiatives set during our Stratop. Virgil has been working with our church for about a year and over the course of our time together I have
admired his ability to really listen to who we are as a church family. Virgil has an uncanny ability to force
us to get “truth in the room” about who we are presently and create the space for the Spirit to show us
who we could be. Virgil never has a hidden agenda; he truly cares about the Church and is passionate
about getting her back to all the she was created to be. If you are looking for someone to come in and
give you a quick fix for your church Virgil is not your guy but if you are looking for someone who has
been where you are, knowing your church was created to be so much more, Virgil has walked that road
